Made of resistant EVA foam, it comes in two strengths: “aerobic” for a cardio workout (color: green, diameter= 7’’) and “muscular” for strengthening (color: orange, diameter= 8’’). The simple ergonomic design allows easy gripping for various hand sizes, as well as excellent range of motion and resistance in the water.
