Aquafun animals are a must-have; they were the first products designed and manufactured by the company! In 1987 the president and founder of Aquam, Mario Durocher, designed these colorful animals by cutting these funny shapes out of foam. Since then, the basic model has of course evolved and improved, preserving, year after year, its title of children’s best swimming playmate.
At the 2005 World Swimming Championships (FINA) in Montreal, Aquam established its notoriety in the aquatic community by becoming the official supplier and one of the main sponsors of the event.
